Through small group discussions regarding integrating behavioral health at the All Program Meeting Cohort launch in early March, multiple ideas and challenges were raised. Integrating Behavioral Health with primary care is a critical component within many Network Development projects, and many grantees reported challenges associated with workforce and workflows in the course of their work.

Our conversation from our first Cohort Call continues through a presentation from Dr. Carrie Cadwell, Psy D, HSPP, CEO of Four County Counseling Center in Indiana.  In this presentation, Dr. Cadwell addresses some commonly reported workforce- and workflow-related challenges faced by those working to integrate behavioral health into primary care.
