As a network leader it is important to gain input from partners or stakeholders. Groups, rather than individuals, are often the best at solving complex problems. Engaging your stakeholders, through group decision making, will lead to a deeper commitment and follow through. Often, to get the best results, a leader must skillfully facilitate and guide the group. In this presentation, learn the three phases of group decision making and specific ideas on how to bring out the best in the stakeholders during each phase.
